Sporrans
Our sporrans are full fur dress sporrans, the formal Highland style worn with a kilt for weddings, Burns Suppers and other black-tie occasions — a dense fur front with a decorative metal cantle, hung from a chain or leather belt at the waist.
Sizing. A dress sporran is one-size and adjusts at the belt to fit most waists comfortably over a kilt.
How to wear it. Worn centred at the front of the kilt, roughly level with your fingertips when your arm hangs by your side. Pair with a Prince Charlie Jacket for the classic formal Highland outfit.
Care. Brush the fur gently in the direction it falls and keep the metal cantle away from moisture to prevent tarnishing.
Every sporran below is made with genuine fur and a cast metal cantle.
